We monitor your product’s process on your behalf in your region and report to you at every stage.

What we monitor

• Production: we check that your goods are made to the agreed specifications, quantities and schedule.
• Packaging and labelling: we confirm that packaging, labels and documents meet your requirements and those of the destination market.
• Sampling: we take samples at the agreed stages and send them to you or to a laboratory.
• Laboratory inspections and tests: we arrange the tests your product needs and follow up on the results.
• Licensing: we follow the licences and certificates your product requires and keep you informed of their status.
• Delivery: we track the shipment until the goods reach their destination.

How we report

At every stage you receive a clear report on what we checked, what we found and what happens next, so you can make decisions without travelling to the production site.
If a problem arises, we take it up with the manufacturer on your behalf and keep you informed until it is resolved.
